The Hillcross FINAL Registration will need to be sent to our Offices, so that we receive the registration and fees by Thursday, March 26th, 2020.  Send in the registration and fee’s too:  MASTERS, % Mont du Lac Hillcross, 610 Greenland Road, Ontonagon, MI 49953.  By getting this to us by Thursday, March 26th, you need not be at Mont du Lac until Saturday Morning, March 28th, for the MANDATORY DRIVERS Meeting at 9:00 am CT. 
Final registration is Friday Night, March 27th, 2020, at the lodge at the bottom of the hill.  Registration will be from 6 to 8 pm CT.  As has been our policy for over 25 years, we do not take registration the day of the race.
We will open the Hillcross track to those that went through Safety Tech at 8:30 am CT, and you will have a half hour (8:30 am to 9:00 am) for TNT (Test N Tune Practice).
Right after the Drivers Meeting we will have the Time Trials to seed you for the 2-sled, side by side, brackets in the class.  You will get ONE run in Time Trials.
Then the brackets will be set, and you will run in a double elimination race, right up to the Class Championship, where it will be ONE race, even if you did not lose in the prior rounds.
Hillcross will be the ONLY racing that we will run 120’s and Juniors. We will NOT be running 120’s and/or Juniors in the Race of Champions Snow Drags
We will be going back and forth throughout the day between the Hillcross and the Race of Champions Snow Drags.
The Awards ceremony will be 60 minutes after the conclusion of ALL the racing (Hillcross & Snow Drags).  This will be in the Lodge at the bottom of the hill.

Race of Champions Snow Drags, March 28, 2020:
You can Pre-Register by sending in your registration so that the MASTERS receives both the registration and the fee’s at our offices by Thursday, March 26, 2020.  Final Registration will be in the Lodge at the bottom of the hill on Friday Night, March 27, 2020, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.  At 8:00 pm we will have the ‘draw’ as to who the racers will compete against in the 1st round.  You are welcome to stay around for the ‘draw.’
For the classes we are going to run in the Race of Champions Snow Drags, we are  running 600 Mod, 850 Mod, TOP GUN, and the 2 ‘Shoot-outs.’  The 600 Mod, 850 Mod, and TOP GUN, is double elimination, until the Class Championship, where who ever wins, is the Class Champion.  Even if you had not lost in prior rounds, the Class Champion is awarded based on that one race.
Now for the Shoot-outs.  This is a ‘Run-what-you-brung’ Non Turbo, and a ‘Run-what-you brung’ Turbo.  This is a $100 entry fee, with winner take all in the Shoot-Outs.
The Shoot-Outs will be our final races of the day.
We will have a MANDATORY Drivers Meeting on Saturday Morning, March 28th at 9:00 am CT.  Right after the Drivers Meeting we will be giving those that went through Safety Tech the chance to have TNT (Test N Tune) for a half hour, while we are running the Time Trials for Hillcross.
We will be going back and forth between the Hillcross and the Snow Drags.

Commercially produced Traction Products, including Chissell’s will be allowed for those with a TWO PLY TRACK ONLY.  No traction products will be allowed on any Single Ply Track.
We will NOT be running 120’s or Juniors in Snow Drags, only in Hillcross.
The TOP GUN is going to be a ‘tiebreaker’ to determine the 2019 TOP GUN Champion, this is between Al Turin and Nick Gustafson.  The WINNER of the TOP GUN class is going to be crowned the 2020 TOP GUN Champion.  You can go to our Website to see the annual TOP GUN Champions.  TOP GUN is a full Mod NON TURBO sled up to 1500 cc.
We will have a hard pack 500 foot (start to finish) 2 lane course, 2 sleds racing at a time, on a smooth groomed surface.
Mont du Lac has an excellent snow base.
If we can get a good turnout of racers for the Race of Champions Snow Drags, the MASTERS will make this an annual race.  Please help us get a good turnout for these races.

The date is set for the Motorcycle AND Snowmobile SUMMER Hillclimb at Whealkate Bluff in South Range, MI., is June 20, 2020.   This year we will have some classes where the Motorcycles will go around 3 gates.  The Snowmobiles will be straight up the steep hill.  Depending upon the snowmobiles that pre-register will determine what classes for the Snowmobile Hillclimb we will have.
